Shipping Policy

We offer 'door-to-door' delivery within the US (excluding *Alaska*Puerto Rico and *Hawaii ).

For America customers, we have the massage chair in stock in Florida warehouse.

We can delivery the massage chair to your door include customs and taxs paid.

Bulk orders will be shipped by truck and usually take 7-14 days to arrive, depending on your location. Small products will be shipped using UPS ground. If you have any questions, please email smartmakmall@gmail.com.

Average delivery time after order is processed is 10-20 days*.

*Order Processing: Orders placed Monday-Friday will be ready to ship immediately. Order preparation takes 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with shipping information within 1-3 business days of placing your order. For orders placed on weekends, we will process them within 1-3 business days starting on Monday. For orders placed on holidays or weekends, your order will be ready the next business day.

*Due to holidays, shipping time may be extended by 2-3 business days.
